After my roof incurred weather related damage, I was unsure of who to call or what company to choose. Our roof was damaged in a hailstorm, and Joe and his team made the process incredibly easy in working with our insurance company for review and approval, planning the project, the team that worked on our house the day of the project, as well as the follow-up afterward. Benjamin to the Rescue!!! I had hastily put in an offer to purchase a home on a Saturday afternoon. I’m excited and happy!! Then Sunday morning I start wondering what was all wrong with my new home!!! The worry sets in and I wonder what shape the roof is in. I didn’t climb up to look at it. Of course the Realtor didn’t know. So I called Benjamin on a Sunday morning and explained my situation. He understood my dilemma and was over at the house and on the roof within an hour! He contacted me and explained the inspection procedure and sent me a video showing the weather damage to the shingles. The roof would need to be replaced. I had my answer and now I had my company.
