Benjamin to the Rescue!!! I had hastily put in an offer to purchase a home on a Saturday afternoon. I’m excited and happy!! Then Sunday morning I start wondering what was all wrong with my new home!!! The worry sets in and I wonder what shape the roof is in. I didn’t climb up to look at it. Of course the Realtor didn’t know. So I called Benjamin on a Sunday morning and explained my situation. He understood my dilemma and was over at the house and on the roof within an hour! He contacted me and explained the inspection procedure and sent me a video showing the weather damage to the shingles. The roof would need to be replaced. I had my answer and now I had my company. Great Roofing and Restoration is an exceptional company and unlike any of the roofing companies I had previously contacted. Their customer service is wonderful and they not only replaced my roof but did everything else that the insurance company covered so I didn't have to do anything by myself. Bahman Moquim was a remarkable sales manager who was always helpful and patient and very efficient in contacting me with any new updates. He handled all problems with the insurance company with great finesse and his attitude was always "call me any time" and "don't worry, I'll handled it" and he did!! All work was done correctly and I feel lucky to have found Great Roofing. I highly recommend this company and Bahman Moquim.
