We used Roto-Rooter because we had a clogged toilet with no other apparent issues in the house and they could come that day. The technician was on time and the problem was fixed in less than 15 minutes. I made the appointment through the website and printed the $75 off coupon to use. And this became the only point of contention. The technician said that's not us, we don't take them. So our 15 minutes came to $288. Yes I was glad to get the work done, but if you won't take or use any of the specials shown on the website, the customer should know it.
