A superb experience from our initial consultation and explanation of metal roofing through final installation and clean-up. We are thrilled with the work that was done and the final product that will be the last roof ever needed on this house. We have already recommended Erie to our friends and neighbors.
Account representative Jeff was professional, knowledgeable and responded to questions or problems as they occurred. The crews were great changing out most of a big roof in one day. Complete roof tear-off and new install, plus chimney repair. Excellent! task manager Bob Gabriel was responsive, answered all our questions and kept us informed about the work and work crew. All were professional, efficient and thorough in the cleanup. recommend.
