Daniel was great! I called in the morning and Dan was available the same day. He arrived on time, was friendly and respectful. He followed me through the house as I listed all my concerns and had quick ideas for repairs. This morning I called to get a quote on a siding repair project. I received a prompt call back and an appointment was set for the afternoon. The repairman was a few minutes early for the meeting (always a good sign). He gave me a quote and said that he could complete the job in a few hours. The job was finished and cleaned up by 4:30. Same day service is very impressive. Jer Black was the craftsman and was excellent to work with. He explained the process and did a fantastic job. He went above and beyond what was expected and even played with our dogs throughout the work. I would highly recommend working with Ace Handyman Services North. Requested a handy man. They sent an electrician. Pricing was not what was estimated. “Quote I am a master electrician. Paid by the job not the hourly rate. Bait and switch. Bad, business. Didn’t even do a good job. Left marks on my ceiling. $575 later. What a rip off. One of the fans was already removed. Same price for both installs when one fan was already removed. And I had the fans. Won’t ever use or recommend Ace again. Oh and the first guy recked his truck on the way, thats why the sent the over priced electrician. Thanks again.
