I called ACE for an estimate regarding taking out an existing gate and replacing the gate. I needed to have posts removed and new posts put in. The person who answered said they could do it for $500-$600 in an afternoon. I thought that the price estimated was a little low and the time frame to complete the job was a little short. They said they would send someone to take a look but it costs $75. The workman came out and said that the price they quoted was way too low since about 4-5 feet of fencing had to be added to completely finish off the gate. He first quoted me $1100-$1200 but then gave me the actual estimate for $1775 which I thought was way too high. He said it probably wouldn’t end up being that much and he would adjust at the end. So I let him get started. Brett did a great job. He got the job done in a few hours on one day and a few hours on a 2nd day. The fence and gate look great, but the price ended up being $1750 ($25 less). I thought it was going to be more like $1100-$

Daniel was great! I called in the morning and Dan was available the same day. He arrived on time, was friendly and respectful. He followed me through the house as I listed all my concerns and had quick ideas for repairs. He was efficient and only completed the items that actually needed service and didn't try to repair more than I actually needed. I would absolutely recommend Dan and Ace Services. I hired Ace to hang wallpaper in our bathroom 2 months ago. They sent someone that was on-time and polite, but not the best handyman. The job looked okay but unfortunately, a week later the wallpaper was all on the floor. Cole, the manager, was extremely understanding and sent someone to fix the job. Brandon painted the entire bathroom and made sure to have me look over his work to ensure I was happy. Another craftsman, Dionte, did additional drywall work in our basement. He was also extremely detailed in his work and very kind. What could have been a very frustrating situation, was not, due to the true integrity of this Colorado Springs team. It's such a breath of fresh air when you find people that care about their work and how the customer feels. I appreciate them all and their hard work. Services: General construction, Interior painting
