Exceptional Exteriors LLC

I used Exceptional Exteriors for both my new roofs that I got last year because of the two big hail storms in the area. David, the sales rep, was very easy to work with and he outlined everything in detail so nothing was a surprise. It took a little while to get the work actually done, but considering everyone in the area needed a new roof and then again a couple of months later, they got everything done in a timely manner. They also contracted someone out to do the gutters, which saved me the hassle of finding another repairman. They dealt with USAA directly and saved me any hassle on that end. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof, which in our area of the country, is definitely a possibility sooner rather than later.

*Updated review as the old was too long I cannot recommend Exceptional Exteriors to anyone. The biggest issue I've faced has been a complete lack of communication - not only to the consumer, but even within their company. This led to incorrect shingle colors being installed on my roof, a major delay in work that they advertised they could do, and many headaches waiting MONTHS for any information from them, even a lack of returning phone calls for weeks at a time on multiple occasions. They also said they couldn't replace the windows for the cost that insurance was paying, so they sent over a contractor that also had zero communication (I never got so much as a quote from them). So the idea of being a one stop shop for all the exterior restoration from storm damage seems to be something they don't uphold.

Exceptional Exteriors is a wonderful company to work with. After the hailstorm in 2018, they came out quickly and gave us a video to see the damage to our roof. They worked with our insurance company and gave us a quick turn around time to get the work done. They worked around my husband's schedule and were able to get the roof replaced quickly and all the trash rolled away before I even got back home that evening. I have nothing but positive things to say about the entire Exception Exteriors team and am very happy that I chose them to replace my roof.
