I would like to give a HUGE endorsement (and thank you) to Exceptional Exteriors and especially to their awesome employee, Jan Otavsky, who made what could have been a very stressful experience into a very easy one. My neighbors and I had our roofs and two sides of our houses damaged by a mini-tornado and when I hired Jan, he immediately went to work. He took care of every detail, from clearly explaining the process from start to finish, to working with our insurance company on the claim, to providing us with roof options to choose from and much more. These days it is very hard to find a contractor to completely trust, who works hard (and fast) and has your best interests in mind. Jan & his team deserve a gold star for the job they did for me and my family. Great job, guys, and thanks again!

Exceptional Exteriors replaced my roof and repaired my gutters this summer and did a fabulous job. They are a really polished organization, very responsive, paying attention to every detail. They always arrived on time as scheduled, completing the job promptly and safely, and to my full satisfaction. They were neat, cleaning up every day, so everything was completed without any disturbance or mess. I was thrilled that they fixed my gutter problem, even though it was not part of the storm damage. Troy responded professionally and promptly to my inquiries and Thomas analyzed my gutter system and came up with a plan to fix it. They were all amazing! I plan to call them when I have other home repairs, it was a pleasure to work with Exceptional Exteriors.
