We’ve used TKO Electrical for years and have never been disappointed. They are fast, responsive, fairly priced and always thoroughly explain the job. On this occasion JR ran a new circuit and outlet for our infa red sauna. He is very knowledgeable in his craft and his work was outstanding! Highly recommend! We had our electrical panel replaced in July. I emailed asking if it needed to be inspected by the city. No response. I finally got ahold of someone 4 months later and was told an electical panel replacement didn’t need an inspection. In the meantime I had already found out from the city that it is required. If I were to have a fire and it was the cause of it and there was no inspection my insurance wouldn’t cover it. Very disappointed in the fact that TKO was not honest with me when I asked. The tech had to come out a few times to fix things before it passed inspection. 5 months after the install it finally passed inspection. Service: Electrical panel replacement or upgrading

The electrician who came to my home didn't know what he was supposed to do. He said he was told just to come to my address. Luckily, i had already texted the needed work with necessary parts to your office. Your office provided the cost earlier that day. If I hadn't done that, I don't know what the cost would've been. I'd suggest having your workers be informed of the purpose of the visit.
