Abel & Kenneth did a very professional job, listened to my concerns and acted on that information, and discussed details with me. We even worked through a scheduling snafu quickly and concisely. Very satisfied and giving them two thumbs up! Price was reasonable, job well done, and I would definitely use 1st Action again.

I received a bit to complete the install of of a shower kit I purchased. 1st Action completed the removal, installed the new plumbing and the shower base. They stopped with the install because the back wall needed either another sheet of wall back or some other means of bring the wall out even the with edge of the existing wall. They inform me they were not carpenters and would not do what was needed to complete the install. the initial work was satisfactory. The fact they would complete the project as was bid. I canceled any further work. Another excellent contractor completed the install. The finished product look very nice. In retrospect I should have called the excellent contractor to start with.

Reilly did a great job. Very impressed with his work ethic, he fixed the problem & cleaned up afterwards (unlike the last company I hired). I would 100% recommend. I just found our new AC company.
