Had the disposal and kitchen faucet installed and they also fixed a leaky connection. They work efficiently and did a great job and were very personable, responsive and understood what we asked them to do! Will use again when needed. Highly recommend.

I received a bit to complete the install of of a shower kit I purchased. 1st Action completed the removal, installed the new plumbing and the shower base. They stopped with the install because the back wall needed either another sheet of wall back or some other means of bring the wall out even the with edge of the existing wall. They inform me they were not carpenters and would not do what was needed to complete the install. the initial work was satisfactory. The fact they would complete the project as was bid. I canceled any further work. Another excellent contractor completed the install. The finished product look very nice. In retrospect I should have called the excellent contractor to start with.
