I was interested in having a tankless hot water heater installed and I specifically wanted a Rinnai system. I went to the Rinnai website and chose Chambers because they had the most services for Rinnai in my area. Glenn (owner) called me the next day and we setup an appointment that week. He came on a Wednesday, provided me a quote that night and I was contemplating the purchase. On Friday of that week, my tank hot water heater decided that it was done and starting leaking all over the floor. I emailed Glenn late that night asking if he could do the install immediately and even though he couldn't, he offered to install a temporary 40 gal tank until the tankless system was installed. Wow, such a great thing to do for your customers. The next week the tankless system was installed (see picture) and we couldn't be happier with the system and Glenn and Chambers. Chambers plumbing did a great job helping us with plumbing for our full basement renovation. They showed up on time, did good, honest work, and were responsive and thorough. Our scope of work entailed sewer locating and taping into existing line, running new plumbing for bathroom and kitchen, installing sink, toilet, and shower accessories.
