Richard came out to inspect a problem with our old built-in shower drain stopper, acquired the parts needed, and installed them the same day we called. He stayed in touch every step of the way with eta and gave a cost estimate as soon as he assessed the problem. Very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. He is now our "plumbing guy".
Richard came and helped fix a very minor plumbing issue with my toilet tube not screwing in properly and was happy to do it, professional, fast and courteous. As a first time client I will definitely be saving his contact for later if I ever need a plumber.
