The price was on the higher side but I am a firm believer you get what you pay for. They were out the next week and repaired the leak within a day. They left the areas they had to excavate, in fact it was hard to tell they had been there. While replacing the filters in my furnace I noticed water coming up through my basement floor where the main water line was. I got online and found Robbins Water Line and called. Tony answered and I explained to him that I had a leak in my main water line. Instead of quoting me prices and all that would be involved in replacing the line Tony asked me "How do you know you have a leak?" and explained that the leak could be the providers side of the meter. He provided me with the name of a leak detection company and advised me to have them determine if the leak was, in fact, on my side of the meter. Long story short, the leak was on my side and I contacted Tony. I had already contacted another company and had there assessment in hand. When I spoke with Tony, he was amazing. He explained to me exactly what would need to be done and actually did a site evaluation that same day.
