We used Goodfellas when we moved because the new owners wanted the AC checked. We were okay with that, of course, we had to have a part replaced. When we moved into our new home, our furnace started making a very loud noise and since we had used them before, we just called them up. We were told that both gas valves on the furnaces needed to be replaced. Shame on us for not getting a second opinion. We just went with what they said. Paid $850 per valve and then in two years we noticed a gas smell. Called Xcell Energy, he located the gas leak on one of the valves (two years old). We called Goodfellas, they wanted to send someone out ($150 trip charge) told them we didn't need that since Xcell came out and located the leak. Goodfellas called the company who provided the valve and they said it sounded like a faulty valve, but was past the warranty date, so they couldn't do anything about it and Goodfellas said the same thing. I have used Goodfellas for a number of years. The last few visits A.J. was my tech. A.J. is very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Throughout his visit he explained everything he was doing and pointed out some things to keep an eye on.
