I have used Goodfellas for a number of years. The last few visits A.J. was my tech. A.J. is very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Throughout his visit he explained everything he was doing and pointed out some things to keep an eye on.

Using this company has been a nightmare to say the least. I came to them with help diagnosing my HVAC issue where the top floor wasn't cooling and heating properly. They determined the work that was needed was a "more efficient" system. I requested the ducts be sealed (which they outsource), and they offered to open my return more on the top floor. They put in a system (that apparently I did not need) only for them to tell me after install that they just figured out the issue and it wasn't my system. They said my return was fake, hence hot air being trapped upstairs in the summer, but there was nothing they could do because they don't do duct work. Looking back... what did opening my return more even mean if they don't do duct work? (Just cutting a bigger hole in my drywall? I can easily do that.) Isaiah Henry and James Duncan arrived on time to clean our air ducts. They were both professional and kept me informed of what they were doing. Isaiah showed me pictures of my ducts before cleaning and after. What a difference!! James hand cleaned each of the vents. I will definitely use them again! They did a great job! Service: Cleaning
