Emergency hot water replacement. Due to the artic blast, we had a drain pipe freeze and backup. Unbeknownst, it caused the pilot light on our hot water heater to go out, we tried lighting it with luck. Called one plumber, due to miscommunication, they didn't dispatch anyone. Called around, despite it being 4:15 on a Friday, with plumbers overworked, Prime was able to get us a plumber, they said he'd be here between 5 and 7, he was there a few minutes after 5. Initially he got it lit, then it failed, after multiple tries, it was determined the water backup had caused the unit to short circuit. By 7:30, we had a new hot water tank installed. I'm extremely appreciative of them fitting us in and getting our water back working. 5 stars is not enough. Nate was super friendly, very professional. Service: Water heater installation

I had a calcified delta shower handle that would not budge when trying to replace it myself. Wayne came in curteously, and understandingly got my shower cartridge replaced and my shower up and running. It was tough job due to all the calcium build up, but Wayne's hard-work and knowledge got the job done without having any further escalation. Fully satisfied. Service: Faucet repair

Five stars isn’t enough for these guys. I spoke to Megan about a problem with my shower and she was able to have a service person to my door same day. He fixed the shower and also pointed out a small leak at my water heater I hadn’t even noticed. It was short notice but they were able to replace my water heater same day as well!
