Quoted me nearly $400 just to find a junction in a pipe. And they charge those “service call trip fees” which reek of nickel and diming. Find another plumber.

Once they have your money, they stop responding to you. You better know your system better then they do because they wont be able to tell if the repair is going to work or not. I asked for a hot water pump to be added so they came out inspected everything, then came back after "research" and installed a pump that did not accomplish the goal of the repair because they didn't understand my system, even though they made a special trip out specifically for that. Emergency hot water replacement. Due to the artic blast, we had a drain pipe freeze and backup. Unbeknownst, it caused the pilot light on our hot water heater to go out, we tried lighting it with luck. Called one plumber, due to miscommunication, they didn't dispatch anyone. Called around, despite it being 4:15 on a Friday, with plumbers overworked, Prime was able to get us a plumber, they said he'd be here between 5 and 7, he was there a few minutes after 5. Initially he got it lit, then it failed, after multiple tries, it was determined the water backup had caused the unit to short circuit. By 7:30, we had a new hot water tank installed. I'm extremely appreciative of them fitting us in and getting our water back working. 5 stars is not enough. Nate was super friendly, very professional. Service: Water heater installation
