I contacted Prime for some basic plumbing repairs. I scheduled an appointment to have the work done, and instead of sending a plumber they sent a salesman. I was presented with a tiered pricing plan, from the Gold plan at 6k (for a leaky pipe and replacing three copper joints!) to 2200$ for a band aid repair with no warranty. I asked how long it would take and was told about four hours.... We were looking at maybe 300$ in parts plus labor... a 475$ per hour shop rate is a little bit stupid. I was charged a 120$ estimate fee for what I thought was a real plumber but was told we would have to schedule it for later in the week since he wasnt the one who did any work...

Quoted me nearly $400 just to find a junction in a pipe. And they charge those “service call trip fees” which reek of nickel and diming. Find another plumber.

We had Wayne come out and fix some corroded pipes and valves. He was prompt and friendly. He did a great job. I also appreciate the prime membership I was offered, and I ended up saving some money in the end. I would highly recommend Prime Plumbing. Thank you Wayne and team!!
