Allied Heating and Air Conditioning

The routine filter upgrade turned into an upsell party. The flame sensor needed to be replaced and was quoted $312 (this is a $12 part and takes less than 5 min to replace), then the fan blades needed replacing, then the exhaust fan, and finally a new system for $18K we’re all recommended. Have had two other companies come out and none of those items were issues…..not to mention I could get a new system for half the price. Just be aware of the upsell! This came in the heels of a missed appointment and then a no call no show. Rough first experience. Service: HVAC system maintenance

Keyvan Ghasemi was the technician that completed our service on our a/c unit that was unfortunately installed incorrectly 2 years ago when the house was built. Keyvan narrowed in on the problem almost immediately. It was obvious that he is very competent and payed close attention to all the little details. He was prompt on arrival, and even called an hour before to give us the heads up which I appreciated. He was able to pin point the problems and fix our unit all in just a few hours. He gave detailed explanations of what was wrong and how he would fix it. He did his best to save us as much money as possible but without compromising in the quality of the work performed. After a few hours the system is back up and running and blowing ice cold air! Also, I should mention that we had a previous quote that was not only considerably higher but their technician was no where close on his diagnosis. I would highly recommend Keyvan Ghasemi and Allied for you heating and cooling needs.

Keyvan was very professional, on time and explained everything he was going to do. We were happy with his service. Updating original 5 star review. Service through Allied started out promising however after daily calls with no reply from voice messages left to obtain filters that were not replaced during the original service, we were finally advised the filters would be delivered. More than 10 days later and still waiting on filters.
