You can’t find better customer service then Viking. I have now used them for over 7 years and no matter what they always have shown up for me. I highly recommend Viking to all my friend and for all my heating and cooling needs! Thanks guys keep up the awesome work!
I have called Viking on a couple of occasions over the last few years for both plumbing and HVAC issues. They always get back to me right away and most importantly, when they say they are going to show up, they show up! Very fair prices and tremendous to work with -- an amazing company!
Bought new furnace. They installed it and did not remove the humidifier like they were supposed to. They had to come back. Then they said they needed to fix a recall and that was 2 months ago. They won't answer our calls. Service: Heating system installation
