5 Stars are directed at Ross who arrived by to install our new Nest Learning thermostat for our new central air and heat units. He contacted beforehand to let us know he was on his way and he arrived at our house right on time. Thank you! Ross installed the Nest - and patiently and clearly showed how it works - he was experienced and knowledgeable. He had me run through it hands on a few times before he left. This was important because you nod your head when you get a technical explanation (and it goes in one ear and out the other), but in this case I actually got a feel for it and clearly a better understanding as a result.
