We've had nothing be stellar service from Steve - always dependable, offers quality service, a pleasure to converse with, and never feel like we are getting bamboozled. Not that we ever want to have plumbing concerns, but we look forward to working with Steve when we do.

My hot water heater went out and I called Steve. He returned my call right away, recommended a larger hot water heater, and was able to replace my hot water heater the next morning. They even took out an old hot water heater that had been left in the basement for years. They were quick, did quality work, and are reasonably priced. Thanks again for the great job! Steve went above and beyond my expectations of customer service. We needed two new mixers in our bathrooms. They were able to come the next day after I Called them.
