I recently had some problems with my gas furnace and called Impact Heating and Cooling. Jeff, the technician who responded to the call was excellent. He immediately began investigating the cause of the problem and while doing so checked out all operations of the furnace. He determined that the problem was a clogged drain, which he removed and cleaned. I mentioned that my humidifier, which is attached to the furnace, probably needed a new cylinder. He confirmed that and replaced the part. He also pointed out how I could keep the outside fan clean of dust and debris with a garden hose. Jeff is a good communicator and talked me through the steps he was taking in troubleshooting the varies parts of the furnace. If you need a heating technician, I can recommend Impact and Jeff to you. Isiah was amazing and was very friendly and honest for all of my HVAC concerns. I would definitely come back to this company for additional services. However, when they requested to have an electrician come out to verify the electrical existence, I was not aware I was going to be charged $110 just for them to come and do an inspection. No electrical work was completed but I was still required to pay for the electrician to come out to the house. Very bad way to do business on the electrical execution but HVAC portion was amazing.
