After a recent hailstorm, Victor Stewart with RoofWorx came out and inspected our roof to help us determine the amount of damage. He returned to our residence when the insurance company came out to do their assessment of the damage. The insurance company used a drone to inspect and didn’t find all of the damage that Victor had found, so he insisted they go up and take a closer look. Without his help and his in-depth knowledge about insurance policies, he made sure that we got the repairs we needed and were entitled to. RoofWorx came and replaced the roof right away! They did a great job, were very respectful and did a fantastic job of cleaning up when they were done. Victor personally came out to make sure that we were happy with the new roof and made sure that all our questions were answered. I spent weeks researching the right company for our tile roof replacement, and after many on-site interviews and cringy pitches, we finally found RoofWorx. They advised us to consider F-Wave, a highly rated, hail-resisted composite shingle that looks like slate, and that reduced our insurance premium as a bonus. We also replaced all gutters at the same time as the roof, and when we had an issue 18 months later with one of the gutters, they came right out and fixed it - no charge.
