I reached out tonight at 10:30pm when I realized my furnace was not working. I was in panic mode with record low temps forecast for the next few days. Jay was at my house within the hour and had us up and running within minutes. Once we were running he stayed and checked the full system and then reviewed with me all of the things that he did and what to watch out for in the future to prevent it from shutting off again.
