AJ at Afford-a-Rooter has done annual maintenance work on our sewer line for several years. When our nearly 50-year-old line had to be replaced, AJ and his crew did an excellent job. They were conscientious and thorough. I definitely recommend AJ and his crew and the office staff at Afford-a-Rooter.
Contracted to pump the septic tank and look at the septic pump, which wasn’t activating. They pumped and determined that the septic pump was bad, leaving it in my front yard. That was a month ago. The septic pump is still laying in the front yard and the issue is not fixed. Multiple messages and texts sent. Where are you Afford-a-Rooter? Huh? UPDATE- Six weeks has now passed and no fix. Completely unprofessional and unreliable.
Jason is an absolute gem! What a great experience. I have to say finding skilled and good workers post pandemic is almost impossible it seems. Jason was absolutely delightful, knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to educate me and actually show me exactly what the problem was I was facing in my home.
