Cooper handled our AC issue professionally and very promptly which required a new furnace, coil and AC condenser which was greatly appreciated. They have great front end systems that make the process very easy and they did the scheduling over a weekend. My biggest issue is pricing was very high. I got another bid for the same equipment that was thousands of dollars cheaper from a competing company I know to be very reliable but they could not install the unit for a couple weeks and my renter could not wait given the current heat spell. We had Cooper come out to check our air conditioning that wasn’t working. We were told by 2 other HVAC companies and one home inspector that our ac unit was shot and would be over $11k to replace. Arnold from Cooper came out and discovered that someone opened a valve on our Freon and allowed it to leak out. Then he found a solenoid was defective, replaced it , replaced the Freon and now it works better than it ever has. Thank you Cooper and especially Arnold for a great job.
