I dealt with a few companies trying to my A/C system replaced, Apple Aire was the most prompt, Professional and honest. I would highly recommend their services to anyone! From the first Cassie was amazing! Shane did a quick inspection, gave me reasonable assessment and didn’t start by trying to sell me stuff I didn’t need. Edgar and the installation team were on time and professional as well, they were very tolerant of me looking over their shoulder and asking questions. So far the new system works wonderfully!! After a first evaluation of our heating and AC system last winter, Shane came out for a second consultation to explain all our options for replacing our existing heating and cooling system. He is extremely knowledgeable and very honest in his advice. He is not trying to push a more expensive option if it is not the right fit for the house. We live in an older home and contacted Apple Aire to install a Daiken cooling system. We had initially thought that we’d have to have a large, unsightly, wall unit in our home but they wound doing a retrofit into the ceiling that is not even noticeable. This was NOT an easy install; our home has a flat roof and they had to go through almost of foot of build up roofing. I honestly thought they’d be at our home for at least a couple of days, but they showed up with a full crew and had the entire system installed in under eight hours! Every single installer was professional, friendly, polite, & most importantly, knowledgeable. We LOVE our new cooling system! This is the first summer we haven’t been roasting and the cost was very fair and competitive. I also love that they are a local, family owned business. I know that if I experience any problems in the future I will be dealing with people who live in my community. I honestly just can’t say enough good things about this company.
