We needed to have a breaker replaced. I was quoted $130 and it ended up being $310. The explanation was that since they did not carry that part on their truck, (a breaker) they had to drive to Home Depot to get it and so they charged us for 3 hours of labor. Very disappointed.
Excellent service. Originally quoted a high invoice price, but as I wanted my old panel updated and several small issues addressed, i agreed to it. Replacing panel was much less ex pensive than they realized, and final invoice was less than half the estimate. Very pleased!
Grosfield was amazing start to finish for the repair we needed. They came out when they said they would, quoted us accurately, got the job done, and have been killing it on follow-up for a scheduling snafu with the city re: inspection. I am so grateful we went with them; they've made this repair easy and the follow-up easy too. Could not recommend highly enough! Service: General repairs
