He arrived on time and was incredibly professional throughout the entire process. We are located in a Colorado mountain community and during a snowstorm, experienced a minor issue that caused some property damage. I worked with Megan, the Customer Service Manager who was so gracious, followed through and provided support for repairs. Bryan, the Service Manager came to our home in person, offered solutions and followed through with resources as promised. Jr. and Hunter were tasked with the repairs who provided excellent, quality work and so courteous. None of the above was related to typical services rendered by Blue Sky however, all involved were excellent representatives of a professional and integral business! It is clear that Blue Sky promotes "doing the right thing" and provides its staff the autonomy to do so. It's also a choice made by each employee to embrace or reject. Very happy with the work that Mario did. He explained all of what he had done thoroughly and spent time with us reviewing the thermostat settings and applications. We have a better understanding of how the system works now. He was very personable and enjoyable to have do the service and treated us like family. We have done prior work with Blue Sky in the past and look forward to having him do our annual service on the units next year. He needs to get a big raise on his next performance review.
