Very happy with the work that Mario did. He explained all of what he had done thoroughly and spent time with us reviewing the thermostat settings and applications. We have a better understanding of how the system works now. He was very personable and enjoyable to have do the service and treated us like family. We have done prior work with Blue Sky in the past and look forward to having him do our annual service on the units next year. He needs to get a big raise on his next performance review. When a pipe sprung a leak forcing the main water line to be shut off late afternoon, early evening, I started looking for a business that would be able to come in and fix the issue as soon as possible. The first place we called couldn’t come until the following day. Blue Sky was next on the list. From the initial phone call, we were treated with professionalism and the phone tech understood our urgency for repair. Within minutes, Blue Sky was able to schedule a tech that would be available within 2 hours. Eric showed up within an hour to access the situation. He was very professional and extremely friendly. He went right to work explaining the problem, recommending the proper fix and providing the cost before starting any work. I approved the fix and he began the repair immediately. I recently had Blue Sky Plumbing do multiple jobs at my condo. I originally had Gareth stop by to fix a shower issue that he was able to tackle immediately, but also asked him about another issue I had that he was also able to fix that day and I’m extremely happy with the end result. Following that visit, I requested another visit for a separate electrical bathroom exhaust fan issue I had and worked with Chris. His first visit he was able to fix one vent and diagnose the other. He returned this week with Aaron and was very detailed as to what he found and what needed to be done giving me options and being very honest. They did a great job and I appreciate their work.
