Michael was singularly the best contractor I've ever hired. He arrived to remove a hanging shingle, removed it, refused to take any money for the job, arrived back to cut new shingles, had to come a few times to get it right because angles used by the earlier roofers were non-standard, and then when the work was done, Michael only charged a small, nominal fee. He was kind and texted to notify me each time before arriving. I gave more than he asked because he did great work and was super courteous. This is the company you want to have working on your roof. Tyrone and Xavier were excellent helping us get our roof corrected after hail damage. They were fast to come to Colstrip and see the damage and get an estimate. This experienced crew came on time, covered and protected all relevant property and started job They had all necessary equipment and tools. They gave me a schedule and adhered to it. There was some extensive damage hidden under the existing roof that was only discoverable when removed. They started to make all relevant repairs. Simultaneously, they began to clean up the old roofing. little of the old roof hit the ground. It was placed immediately in trailers for removal. Even with the extensive repairs the job was completed in only an additional one hour and thirty minutes. I was kept abreast of all work order changes.
