Josh diagnosed the problem right away & had my AC unit back up & running in no time. Another company said I needed a whole new AC compressor unit & coil. They lied. I only needed a new starter for my AC compressor. I can't tell you enough how much I appreciate the honesty of Josh at Express Pros. I cannot highly recommend that enough. You have earned a life long customer! Thank you!
It was one of the coldest nights so far, we had just arrived home when our furnace went out. The only problem was that, it was after hours, luckily we were able to contact Express Pros; these guys, they were all very friendly and quick to help. Express Pros staff and service reps have always been responsive and knowledgeable. Repairmen have been on time, even early, and work quickly, troubleshooting possible issues and recommending future actions. They know how to work on older homes and/or where to find answers. Service prices have been and I have been given options as to how to proceed. I have never felt pressured into going above and beyond what I really need.
