Express Pros staff and service reps have always been responsive and knowledgeable. Repairmen have been on time, even early, and work quickly, troubleshooting possible issues and recommending future actions. They know how to work on older homes and/or where to find answers. Service prices have been and I have been given options as to how to proceed. I have never felt pressured into going above and beyond what I really need. We have been working with Express Pros, specifically Josh, for most of the last year. Josh and the team have diligently worked to help us repair malfunctioning components of our hydronic (radiant-floor) heating system. Additionally, when we wanted to do preventative maintenance and replace some components with enhanced efficiency versions, Josh took the lead to identify the parts that would deliver the greatest return on investment, acquire and install them. But the best support came when our boiler fan broke this past weekend. Josh was out first thing Monday morning and quickly identified the fault. It looked pretty dire and he wasn’t sure if a replacement part was still available (the boiler model had been discontinued). He diligently searched options, identified a part, and sourced it (bumping us up in the waiting priority in the process). He was out the next morning and had it up and running in an hour or so. Josh diagnosed the problem right away & had my AC unit back up & running in no time. Another company said I needed a whole new AC compressor unit & coil. They lied. I only needed a new starter for my AC compressor. I can't tell you enough how much I appreciate the honesty of Josh at Express Pros. I cannot highly recommend that enough.
