Priority Electric did fantastic work on the gas and electric for our new pool and for our new outdoor kitchen. From the office staff to the crew that was here, everyone was very responsive and focused on our project. Paul carefully thought through the options for running the gas lines, wiring the lights, etc. and made recommendations for the best approach. He was willing to explain things to me along the way, so I have an understanding of how everything is setup. When our outdoor kitchen was almost ready to use, Paul came out at the last minute on the Friday of a holiday weekend to ensure our gas grill was fully hooked up and operational for our party that weekend!

I've been a Priority Electric customer for years. They've done many projects inside my home and installed beautiful landscape lighting. Their service is above and beyond. In one specific example, I was in a panic with guests coming and a hot tub not powering on. I called after hours and Paul walked me through how to fix it on the phone and made sure we were all set. Paul helped install the electrical components to our pool and backyard setup over 6 years ago and did a great job. We recently had a question about a setting on the pool heater and instead of charging us for a tech to visit (which he easily could have done), he instead got his specialist on the phone and walked us through the issue, solving our problem in a matter of minutes.
