Very disappointing service from a company with a lot of potential. I manage 108 upper end senior living apartments and have been using these folks for the better part of a year. From the initial conversation I was clear what we were looking for and why. Emergency service is a must for our building and that was communicated clearly, even directly to the owner Jason at one point while he was on site. Called today (Friday) for service because a pipe is leaking in a ceiling in our dementia care unit where 22 seniors live and was told the best they could do was make an appointment on the following Wednesday. I understand 3pm on a Friday is not very convenient but turning your back on seniors is not a great business practice. Paying OT rates was never an issue. These folks do good work and are usually very responsive, I was highly disappointed to have to sever ties with this company but asking a 24 hour occupied building to wait 5 days with a main hot water supply line leaking in a cei

I recently had my 50 gallon gas water heater installed by this young man who was polite and very informative you guys are lucky to have him at jmb ! But great service and I will defiantly be using you guys again in the future.

Our gas hot water heater had it's last day late Thursday (6/1/2023), called JMB after hours and the VERY next day not only did they call back, Jason installed a new water heater! Very, very professional, just simply the BEST! Thank you! Paul Poppel Service: Water heater installation
