My experience with Air Inc. has regrettably fallen short of my initial expectations. While the individuals I interacted with were courteous, the process of scheduling an appointment for a quote has been unduly challenging. I contacted the company initially to arrange for a representative to visit my condo and provide a quote for installing a return on the second floor. However, the situation quickly became frustrating. The first appointment was scheduled a week later, and the representative who arrived explained that he would require assistance from a younger team member to access the attic, necessitating a rescheduling of the appointment. Although this was understandable, it was disappointing when a week passed without any communication from the company. I followed up with a call, only to discover that the scheduler was on vacation. I was promised a call back the same day, which unfortunately did not materialize. Undeterred, I made another call to follow up, and eventually, I was give

Jeremy did a wonderful job doing the maintenance for my ac system! He is a very knowledgeable technician. I love hearing all the good and useful info he provides when I ask questions. He also takes care of my furnace. He always does a very detailed and great job either with maintenance appts or if there is a technical issue. I have been with Air Inc for many years now.
