The technician today found the problem (clogged drain hose, outside the house) and fixed it fully, and explained to us the issue and how to avoid this problem in the future. For a previous issue with a different inside unit, we called in the evening to schedule a technician visit, and got a call back that evening and were advised over the phone to restart the outside compressor unit - from the circuit breaker panel in the basement. We did that while they waited on the phone, and this fixed the issue, which was wonderful. Thanks for such great service.
Jeremy did a wonderful job doing the maintenance for my ac system! He is a very knowledgeable technician. I love hearing all the good and useful info he provides when I ask questions. He also takes care of my furnace. He always does a very detailed and great job either with maintenance appts or if there is a technical issue. I have been with Air Inc for many years now.
