BENCH WARRANT OUT FOR OWNER'S ARREST! BEWARE. Check the Better Business Bureau. Charlatan. Takes money for work that he lacks the qualifications to perform. Took a substantial deposit, didn't show up to do the work, no permits filed, doesn't have the state required license for the work he was to perform and refused to return our deposit of $2600! Several CRIMINAL matters pending for similar fact pattern. Google search the owner, Chris Balcerzak, and see that what I'm reporting is true. BEWARE!!!!!! Also beware his fake good reviews. That's how we got sucked in. Uses them to push down the negative reviews so they aren't seen and his rating gets boosted. Service: Repair HVAC
