This company is wonderful to worth with, very responsive and prompt. We had our A/C tune up done and the technician was wonderful. Very professional, friendly and informative. M&M responded quickly and efficiently to our home in Trumbull. Ryan was extremely professional and courteous. He quickly identified the issue (a bad capacitor) and replaced it immediately. I’d highly recommend M&M to anyone in the area.

My HVAC system (heating and Condensing units) broke down and needed to be replaced. The entire team of M&M first show up to give me a diagnosis, then to estimate and later to install a brand-new system 10 days after the first call. All of this was done while I was out of the country on a family vacation in Italy and France, different time zone. They always responded late in the day to my emails and were available late on the day to take my calls so we can plan the installation. From the front office to the diagnostic, estimate and installation teams (Cheryl, John, Johhny, Nick, and the entire team) were amazing.
