We had a crisis. Our water heater was leaking. We made the call and a tech/salesman came out within a couple hours. Based on his assessment, we bought a new water heater. It was delivered and installed four days later. The two individuals were professional and courteous and knowledgeable. They explained everything they were doing, including upgrades of venting into the chimney. They also provided feedback about the sediment in the old hot water heater to guide us on how to maintain the new one. They also replaced an old valve with a more effective ball valve. They came at exactly the time scheduled which was wonderful. They were professional and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Five stars! Service: Water heater installation
