Botticelli Plumbing & Heating

What happened to the saying "the customer is always right"? At the start of an install for a hot water heater in my home by Chris, I called Botticelli to express my concern about the brand which was to be installed. If you Google "American Water Heaters", you'll find reviews of this brand to be overwhelmingly poor. Upon explaining my concern and fully understanding that American Water Heaters is owned by Ao Smith which carries the same warranty, I was reassured that the units are fine and that there was nothing else they could tell me. While pressing the concern, a man's voice can be heard in the background yelling "its too f'n late". Clearly not happy with the product being installed in my house, and a lack of customer service to remediate the situation (besides reiterating that the brand is fine), I'm left to see what happens over the years. I just moved in from NYC and knew nothing about water heaters and wells. Jose helped me tremendously. He fixed my problem and simplified things so I can gain a greater understanding. He was extremely knowledgeable and covered all areas making me feel secure in my home. Will definitely use these guys again and will request Jose.

We just had Jose and Mundo come this am to fix some leaking faucets outside and replace some valves inside. They were both very professional and arrived at the time the office told me they would be here. Explained everything in detail that was needed to be done with costs involved and was able to complete the job in a timely manner. Showed me the work that was done afterwards and I'm extremely happy with Jose and Mundo's service today and Botticelli's in general. What a great team to be able to count on! Another extremely satisfied customer!
