I used Hefferon for the first time yesterday to diagnose my air conditioner problem. I was very pleased with their service. The technician was professional, polite, and I had confidence that he was being honest with me which, unfortunately, seems to be a problem these days with many less than trustworthy companies out there. Great experience with Heffron Heating and Cooling! My central air stopped working over the weekend; nightmare! Andrew came out Tuesday to assist. He was professional and even arrived earlier than expected. He walked me through what went wrong and took all steps to ensure system was running properly before he packed up.
