Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning

I do not recommend using this company. I called to set up an appointment to clean my gutters, I needed it done ASAP because of incoming storms and my basement was flooding due to clogged gutters. I called, waited on the line, then set up an appointment. I explained my scenario and said I would need someone in the next few days, and if they could not do that, then I would go elsewhere. They (someone named Paul) said they would send someone out in the next few days. They continuously tried to get me to enroll in a "subscription" type service for a lower rate. I got a call back from another company that offered the same services for almost HALF the price (Ned Stevens wanted to charge $223, I paid $120 to another licensed and insured company). I called Ned Stevens to cancel the appointment, I got Paul again, he said "Yes you are all set it is cancelled." Five days later while I am on vacation I get a text message saying that my home is being serviced for gutter cleaning by Ned Stevens. I a

Amazing job. Quick, Efficient, Professional and careful. Gutter quality is great. Very impressed. Their price was 60% cheaper than other competitors! Ned Steven's saved me lots of money for a phenomenal execution. Highly recommend.

I had my dryer vent cleaned the crew did a wonderful job. It made a big difference I think when the told me to put the dryer on while the were cleaning. Amazing how much lint came put of the vent. Also as a added bonus they noticed that my leader going down to the down spout had tape on it. I told them it was leaking they replaced the faulty part....No Charge!
