Service Stars

I was ran out to for a personal errand. Plumber showed 15 minutes within the time I was told. My son (who is a minor) answered the door and got him in the phone with me. I asked to wait for me for 20 minutes, as I am on my way. He refused. He left. I called the office, and was told, it is the way they work. They don’t wait. Not professional. In an age where we are all trying to keep every penny we make, due to a bad market, there are companies like these who simply don’t care about the customer. It is sad.

Very satisfied and pleased with Jack the service tech who was on time and answered the many questions I had regarding getting the most out of our AC unit. Jack courteous and professional who goes above and beyond and my family is very happy with Service Stars whom we have been with for a number of years. Lewis installed a new toilet for us. He sent a camera down the lines and helped us understand the sewer system and our problem with drain flies.
