Giordano's Heating & A/C

Whoever was driving this car the morning of Friday September 17 2021 at around 11am does not know how to drive. Didn’t use proper turning signals and almost caused two accidents because of it. And because of him I will not be having this company back.

.I used Giordano's Heating to replace my AC and heating unit with Lennox units. They were both old and I wanted new units. Ed and Todd came over to remove the old equipment and install the new. Their knowledge and expertise were reassuring. They took the time needed to do the job properly. Ed was responsive to any questions that I had and took the time to answer any concerns I had. Ed was informative and explained each units operation. Todds attention to detail was outstanding. I have used Giordano"s for many years to maintain my equipment. David installed a Mitsubishi Hyper Heat unit for us. He went above and beyond coming back and staying in touch after the unit wouldn't perform up to my expectations. Everything worked out great in the end, highly recommended. Very punctual and communicative.
