I used them to install a new broiler system into my home. From the beginning of the process something did not seem trust worthy. - The unit they quoted me for was not the one that was installed - They stood me up on the 1st installment date - The unit was dropped off outside of my home 2 days before installation, when it was supposed to be delivered inside the house - They arrive late on the day of installation - A couple of weeks later when I finally needed to turn it on it was not working. - Called to tell them something was wrong and asked if I was going to be charged and they told me “No”. - A Tech did come to my home, told me that it was not wired correctly and then told me because he wasn’t here that long that the fee will be waived. - It is know a couple of months later and the unit is still not working correctly. They did a great job, they cleaned the furnace very well, educated me, and did a great job. Love smaller companies as they aren't trying to push a sale. I did extensive research on companies to do a real furnace cleaning and not just an inspection., they came, cleaned and they conquered. Service: Heating system maintenance

E.H.heating and cooling were professional, polite, knowledgeable, and respectful. Not to mention inexpensive. I say inexpensive and not cheap because the quality of the work was on par with the more over priced companies. They came, they evaluated and they fixed!! All for a terrific price with friendly service techs. I have worked with service industry professionals for 30 years and I can honestly say this company is one every home owner should be using.
