Millstream replaced our roof and were very easy to work with! The were able to add all the things we wanted including new soffit, a new skylight, and better ventilation throughout. Candi and Dave were very easy to work with setting up the repairs and Steve was on site throughout the repairs providing excellent customer service! Millstream Construction was professional and accommodating from the first phone call to the very last interaction with their general manager. Making an appointment with Paula to have Dave come over and assess the roof job was easy. Dave was patient, professional, listened and offered appropriate suggestions. A contract was promptly drafted, seamless correspondence occurred with him and a job completion date was sent within a week. Candi at Millstream was key in facilitating communication and scheduling. She was friendly and accommodating, too. Approximately nine workers completed our roof in one full day. It is evident that they are well trained and have an efficient system/work ethic in place. Nick, the general manager who oversaw the job, also presented himself professionally, was flexible and listened to our concerns.
