Jesus was a great tech. He diagnosed and fixed our complex problem quickly and efficiently. He was nice and polite and wasn’t phased by our big dogs. The customer service and price were great too. Hired SM Mechanical to replace my Carrier central air evaporator coil. It certainly wasn't cheap (what is these days?) but they were VERY responsive / communicative, professional, punctual and efficient up and down the line. That includes everybody who I dealt with - Sal (in the office) and both techs (Jesus who diagnosed the issue, then Jonathan who replaced the coil). Sal personally reached out and followed up initially, and was always very quick to call back. You get confirmation emails and texts at EVERY step of the process. What else could you ask for??? I'll definitely use SM mechanical going forward.
