Westmore Fuel

I had an issue with my boiler and made a call to Westmore early in the morning. Within 2 hours, Mario the technician made the trip over and walked me through the issue with my boiler. He fixed the problem and explained what he did to fix it. I am very impressed with the level of professionalism and speed they were able to address my problem.

A good test of a reliable service company is that they come to your help during your hour of need. Westmore Fuel passed this test with flying colors when we ran out of heating oil on the coldest day of the season this weekend. After I called them, they listened to me very sympathetically and responded immediately by sending their truck within about 40 minutes. I am extremely satisfied by their prompt service when I needed it the most. I wholeheartedly recommend Westmore Fuel.

After a good decade without a boiler tune-up, I finally scheduled one with Westmore. Someone showed up, spent a good long time getting it back up to speed, but the job wasn't done because it was THAT BAD. The next day, a second technician showed up...(Matthew S) and he finished the job! But uh-oh...about an hour later smoke started filling my boiler room and house. I called Westmore, they sent someone within 5 minutes to fix it...AND, Matthew showed up too, to see if he made a mistake the prior day. He wanted to make sure he hadn't done anything wrong, or if he did, he wanted to learn from his mistake. In the end, it wasn't his fault...there was a crack in a pipe that had occurred unrelated to his work, and he fixed it lickety split. Matthew and the other techs were INCREDIBLY skilled, respectful and did a great job with my troubled boiler. Everyone was sweet and personable...and I would HIGHLY recommend. Stuff happens.
