First time using Arctic and very impressed; highly recommended. The service technician, Nelson, was very professional, identified and fixed the immediate issue with our AC, and diagnosed and provided advice on how to proceed with our bigger issues. Our house is in somewhat of a mess, and there was no judgement of its condition. Arctic showed up on time, was competitively/reasonably priced, spent the necessary time needed and no hidden/upsell charges (other than tax, which was not called out when booking appointment, but understandable). We rarely have trouble with SpacePac, but it suddenly stopped cooling, just when summer was cranking up.... We called this business almost at random in our emergency, and Rod was, luckily, just finished with another job and able to schedule ours. He was prompt, knowledgeable, pleasant, and just the guy for the job. We are now feeling very fortunate in our cool house, and grateful to this company for making it so readily possible!
