Called in the morning and pleasant young lady set us up for service. By 315 same day, Nelson was smiling on the way out. Couldn't have gone better. Arctics whole team from beginning to end is top notch! Services: Repair HVAC, A/C preventive maintenance

First time using Arctic and very impressed; highly recommended. The service technician, Nelson, was very professional, identified and fixed the immediate issue with our AC, and diagnosed and provided advice on how to proceed with our bigger issues. Our house is in somewhat of a mess, and there was no judgement of its condition. Arctic showed up on time, was competitively/reasonably priced, spent the necessary time needed and no hidden/upsell charges (other than tax, which was not called out when booking appointment, but understandable). Your central AC dies in the middle of the summer and you will go weeks without AC. Right? Not my experience. I received a quote, same day, approved it and the work started the following day. I counted at least 6 guys showing up at different times to get the new equipment here and get it up and running. The end result? Brand new central air and heat system, 2 zones instead of, 1 and the neatest, cleanest, most organized ductwork and unit placement one can ask for. And the price? Cheaper than another quote that included inferior equipment. I highly recommend these guys!
