they were really great at first. they got to us quickly, diagnosed the problem with the AC, and tracked down a replacement part...but then they just ghosted us. we were eager to schedule the installation of the new part, but they never responded to my calls or texts. just left the unit broken. I had to call another company. strange that they just left us hanging without fixing the unit or communicating why they could not proceed.
Completely satisfied with the work of Steve, Jason R. (HVAC Master Tech), and team. They gave us a competitive quote with better higher cost furnace and heat pump than competitors. Work was completed on time, the crew were extremely professional and dealt with some challenging issues in our 90 year old West Hartford home. They did work for our neighbors (who were completely satisfied) and now after they replaced our entire heating/AC System (30 years old) we are also. HIGHLY recommended. We used Hygrade to install a brand new upper mid-tier AC and furnace. The guys doing the install work were great. There were a few things... but the overall job was decent. I used them for some follow-on work which was very difficult to set up with them at the time. As if they were no longer interested. Since then, I have had one other issue and I have been trying to get them to respond to my emails & calls for over a year now. Looking at the other reviews it seems like I am not the only other person who has had issues with Steve's responsiveness. If you want a reliable contractor, unfortunately, these guys are not it.
