I have been using Aversa plumbing for over 20 years. Most recently Joe repaired my well pump. I was in a panic as we lost water at 5 pm on Sunday. By noon Monday Joe was at my home. New Pump installed and all good by 3 pm .So grateful to have someone trustworthy and dependable. Joe was very responsive when we had a toilet issue arise, and fixed the problem in just a few minutes. I mentioned in passing that the heat in our new house hasn't been consistent and the pipes can get loud, and Joe took the time to diagnose the issue (a problem with the expansion tank that threatened to cause a MUCH bigger problem very soon) and made sure all was well before he left. Even afterwards Joe was in touch over the next few days to ensure that everything was okay. And as a bonus....he fixed our jacuzzi! I can't recommend Aversa Plumbing enough for Joe's excellent customer service and overall professionalism. Service: Toilet repair
