I contracted Sippin to replace my old furnace and domestic hot water system. The sales representative was very helpful and informative when deciding on what system to install, and was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, including ones that were related to other future projects. The installation team was very professional, did their work in a timely manner, communicated well during the installation and were willing to show up after installation on short notice to fix a minor issue that popped up. System looks and works amazing, and I greatly appreciate the work of everyone involved. I will definitely continue to use Sippin's services in the future. I can't say enough good things about Sippin Energy Products. I recently purchased a home and signed-up for their Oil and Propane services. Each individual I spoke with to set up services was courteous, professional and and prompt with responses. I purchased a cape that was not air-conditioned and explored the possibility of installing a central system. The first contractor I contacted told me that a central system could not be done because of the configuration of the home. I contacted Sippin for their opinion and Joe figured out a way to get it done, and at a fair price. Dave and his team did a fabulous job with the installation and it works beautifully. I couldn't be happier. I'll close by saying I've also met with several members of the Sippin service team including Mark, Aaron and Jay, just to name a few, and all were fabulous to work with!

Mark was wonderful. He was personable and professional. I explained our situation to him, he gave me his direct line and is helping to guide me/us through the process of house knock down/rebuild and adding propane to our property.
