I called Stephen on Sunday and it wasn’t an emergency but he was ready to come that day. The issue was with our garbage disposal. He arrived early Monday and gave me two pricing options which was very helpful for me to make a decision that fit my budget. He was thorough and even fixed an issue that I didn’t know was there. He completed the job (with his apprentice), tested his work and cleaned the work area before leaving. I highly recommend Bertola for your plumbing and heating needs.
Yesterday, our garbage disposal started flooding our kitchen. Steve was quick to respond and was able to come help us within the hour. He solved our problem in record time and had everything necessary to get the job done in one visit (no waiting for parts to be ordered, etc.)!
