Whoever answers the emails, Kim I believe, is very rude and unprofessional. As I can see from other reviews this seems to be an ongoing issue. I am a new homeowner who knows nothing about having oil for heating. When asked for information regarding pricing, she responded without a greeting, stating “have no idea who you are, your address or credit card”. My fiance’s name was clearly shown in the inquiry page and I’m unsure why payment was being asked for so abruptly. When I reiterated that I was only looking for pricing she responded with the current market rate in all caps. After that I did not even give them a chance. I will not give my business to people who lack respect and basic professionalism.

They took great care of me from the start. Saved me thousands of dollars by telling me the truth about my home heating system unlike the other companies! Service is professional and kind.

I called to see if they were able to offer me same day delivery because I’ve been a customer in the past, but the woman I spoke to was rude and not very helpful. I was told no due to not being a recent customer. Completely understand. I asked if they knew of any 24-hour services. She said “let my fingers do the walking”. Even if I were to call them Monday for service-I wouldn’t after how I’ve been treated this morning. I own a business of my own and if I cannot immediately help someone, I still offer assistance because that’s called great customer service and compassion. You never know what may come from good service when someone is in a time of need. Maybe loyalty.
