Had a heat pump installed by this company and I wished I had gone with a reputable company. Initially, the electrical work was done incorrectly, which caused the system to fail multiple times. They replaced my thermostat with a poor quality, failure ridden replacement (Tekmar) which cause me to spend ours troubleshooting with customer service reps. When you call for service you have to wait weeks with no communication from central office whether someone is coming or not and management is MIA! They do not respond to customer concerns or questions. The only movement was within the first 30 days of installation which must have something to do with CT lemon laws. I will be contacting the state's consumer protection agency to see what remedies I have to address a system that now I don't know if it was even installed correctly. Update: Last week I went to the basement only to find out hot water heater was leaking and a large puddle of water was expanding across the basement. I immediately called Link. The very same day they came out and installed a new hot water tank. This time I opted for an automatic shutoff valve that will close the inlet to the tank in case it senses a leak. Once again the team at Link Mechanical did a great job!!! I really appreciate the prompt service, the fair price, and the attention to details with the installation. Thank You Link Mechanical!!
