Had a heat pump installed by this company and I wished I had gone with a reputable company. Initially, the electrical work was done incorrectly, which caused the system to fail multiple times. They replaced my thermostat with a poor quality, failure ridden replacement (Tekmar) which cause me to spend ours troubleshooting with customer service reps. When you call for service you have to wait weeks with no communication from central office whether someone is coming or not and management is MIA! They do not respond to customer concerns or questions. The only movement was within the first 30 days of installation which must have something to do with CT lemon laws. I will be contacting the state's consumer protection agency to see what remedies I have to address a system that now I don't know if it was even installed correctly.
