Nice people! The dry ice was in pellet form and worked perfectly for my cooler while traveling.
Service was prompt and the work seems to have been done well, but take note of the $184.50 hourly labor rate. It’s rather steep for routine maintenance...my last cleaning with them was twice as expensive as the company I used previously.
