Spring Brook Ice & Fuel Service

This place is awesome! Amazing customer service & great prices. The gentleman at the front desk showed me the best way to activate the dry ice once I said I was making an erupting volcano birthday cake. It made everyone's day & the kids had an absolute blast learning all about how the dry ice/hot water reaction worked!! The video I attached was after adding hot water from the tap, but it worked best after adding boiled water, seen in the attached images. I'll definitely be back at Halloween for a cauldron cake!

Service was prompt and the work seems to have been done well, but take note of the $184.50 hourly labor rate. It’s rather steep for routine maintenance...my last cleaning with them was twice as expensive as the company I used previously.

Awesome company to deal with. Been using them since I bought my home at the end of 2015. They are responsive to your needs. I have had repairs on both my oil and gas furnace as I own a multi family. They have come out promptly if I've had a problem(no heat). They work with you on payment plans. Kathy is amazing as well as Ari and all the technicians. Can't say enough good things about them.
