Had an issue with a sump pump. Cost $189 just for diagnostics (just to look/troubleshoot and no guarantee on if they can fix it). Although mike seemed knowledgeable, his attitude and demeanor gave me a sense that he was rushing and did not want to look into the problem. Pat on the other hand was more friendly and at least willing to answer my questions.

I appreciate that Adam and his crew were about to get out to my house on short notice during a few very cold days this winter, but it was not without significant issue and cost. I'd moved in to the house two days prior to the deep freeze. The water heater had stopped working during the second night and Adam had someone out here to bleed out the air and provide a short-term fix. Everything was fine for the next 8 hours or so. However, the problem occurred again the following night, and they had to come out again to bleed more air out of the line to get the water heater back up and running. Unfortunately, the pipes on the lower level had started to freeze at that point. During day two and day three, they went through two different thawing machines, blowtorches, and various other methods for hours and hours on end. Near the end of day three, they eventually had someone drop off a brand-new thawing machine, which took care of the task in around 2 hours. I only wish they had better machines
