"I will not hire them again" I hired Advanced Rooter Plumbing via home advisor. - I hired them for the same problem 3 times "bathroom Leak", which was not fixed from the first time. I changed my ceiling 3 times. - They told me one year warranty, NOW they telling me 30 days only. - Their manager/owner Bruce is asking me if have the regional invoice , when i told him i am taking him to court. - Their plumbers complain about each other work.

I appreciate that Adam and his crew were about to get out to my house on short notice during a few very cold days this winter, but it was not without significant issue and cost. I'd moved in to the house two days prior to the deep freeze. The water heater had stopped working during the second night and Adam had someone out here to bleed out the air and provide a short-term fix. Everything was fine for the next 8 hours or so. However, the problem occurred again the following night, and they had to come out again to bleed more air out of the line to get the water heater back up and running. Unfortunately, the pipes on the lower level had started to freeze at that point. During day two and day three, they went through two different thawing machines, blowtorches, and various other methods for hours and hours on end. Near the end of day three, they eventually had someone drop off a brand-new thawing machine, which took care of the task in around 2 hours. I only wish they had better machines

First plumber company here in Norwalk who everyone recommended, came out months ago, said they'd call back with estimate. At least once a week for a month I called to say, what is the estimate? This was a 100% clogged pedestal sink in a small bathroom. Every week a very nice person at Ef. Plumbing said she'd have someone call me with the estimate. It was eluded to that I might need to replace the pedestal sink altogether. But after a month of weekly calls I decided the lack of response said something about them overall. Next company, Bd.
